Sammen vil de diskutere Maja Daniels’ værk *Gertrud*, en af soloudstillingerne på Det Kongelige Teater. Projektet tager udgangspunkt i en svensk hekseproces fra det 17. århundrede, som genfortolkes gennem fotografiet som en form for myteskabelse. Gennem en blanding af arkivbilleder og nutidige fotografier fremhæver Daniels parallellerne mellem fortidens og nutidens frygt.

Join us for an artist talk with solo artist Maja Daniels in conversation with Granta editor Max Ferguson.
Together, they will discuss Maja Daniels work Gertrud, one of the solo exhibitions at the Royal Theatre. The project revisits a 17th-century Swedish witch trial, reimagined through photography as a form of mythmaking. Through a mix of archival and contemporary imagery, Daniels highlights parallels between past and present fears.
