Group exhibition // Largely (not wholly)
3 June - 5 June
Free
Denmark’s largest studio building for visual artists and designers invites you to the annual Open House exhibition Largely (not wholly), curated by visual artists Isabella Solar Villaseca and Maria Nørholm Ramouk, with the participation of many of the approximately 75 visual artists and designers in the building including photographers and lens-based artists Trine Søndergaard, Charlotte Haslund-Christensen, Signe Vad and others.
The former central laundry on Sundholm is today one of Denmark’s largest artist’s workshop communities; THE FACTORY for Art and Design. The historic industrial building from 1938 was designed by Copenhagen’s then city architect, Poul Holsøe. Today, the FACTORY is an inspiring place production house for art and design, which contains a
broad spectrum of artistic practices and expertise. Here, there are 50 workshops, spread over two floors and the
1,000 square meter hall, the daily workplace for more than 60 professional visual artists, designers and artisans.
