Dansk tekst nedenfor

In this project, Universal to all systems, Casper Aguila is working on enlarging subjects / elements through his photographs. The motifs are self-built sculptural installations, which Aguila has composed of various found and donated materials. These are painted white to compose one form. The cubistic installations are photographed for the purpose of enlarging the print, using a self-created print form and photo montage.

Aguila focuses his project on the idea to create a network of people to supply him with materials to shape and form his sculptures. The idea is to play and connect with the individuals, like a mind game – so when they see a wooden stick, stone or something that they believe fits in a sculptural form, they automatically think about saving it and pass on the element to the project.

_____________________
