Join us for the big inauguration of VÆKST, the Copenhagen Photo Festival’s new creative hub at Refshaleøen — an open-air exhibition park dedicated to emerging Nordic talents and playful, boundary-crossing creativity.

Expect guided tours, immersive installations, sharp performances, and a DJ set to take us dancing into the night. It all kicks off at 3 PM with guided tours by our 2025 Nordic FUTURES Talents, continues with performances by the VÆKST creatives, and ends with a dance party under the sky.
VÆKST is a space for young voices and new visions in photography, sound, and performance – set in the raw, industrial beauty of Refshaleøen. This is your chance to discover bold new perspectives and celebrate with the artists shaping the future of lens-based storytelling in the Nordics.
